The science behind it: Cardio training strengthens your heart, lungs and circulation, improving endurance. Dynamic movement tones muscles across the whole body: core, legs, arms, and back. High intensity dance release endorphins, improving mood while burning calories efficiently. Sweat and oxygen flow help detox the body and sharpen mental clarity. Combing rhythm with physical effort improves coordination, balance, and flexibility.
