FOCUSED WORKSHOPS
Our workshops are specially designed for charities, care homes, and soon for schools and community groups seeking to promote wellbeing and mental health.
Through dance and variety of arts such as singing, painting, and playing instruments, participants are invited to explore the senses as tools to release pent-up emotions, reduce stress, and improve overall wellbeing.
These sessions use human sensory expression to connect and disconnect from emotions, reaching places where words cannot always go-leaving us simply to recognize, to feel, and to be.
OPEN CLASS
Our classes require no prior experience, they are a safe space where everyone is free to explore their artistic side. This is a place for first times, for memorable moments, and for aligning with yourself through movement and creativity.
We offer six different dance styles and a variety of artistic exploration classes. You join us for a single, session, a month, or take part in one of our special workshops, the choice is yours.

Bailando with Sally has growth into two creative branches that celebrate healing, culture, and connection through different human senses:
Alchemy of Art - exploring identity, resilience, and creativity through artistic expression. Our artistic event is an immersive journey into the vibrant interplay of culture and creativity.
Alchemy of Flavours - connecting people and cultures through taste, memory, and community. Our snack bar brings people together by sharing culinary traditions and reimagining food as a bridge between cultures, emotions, and wellbeing.
