The Alchemy
The Alchemy Projects are the creative extension of Bailando with Sally - where movement, art and sensory experiences come together to create deeper human connection.
Each project offers a unique pathway to wellbeing, expression and community, inviting people to experience creativity not only through dance, but through the senses , culture and shared moments.
Together they form a holistic and inclusive approach to connection, where art becomes a bridge between people, emotions and identity.
Alchemy of Art
Our artistic performance project, bringing together dance, live painting, storytelling, and vocal and instrumental interpretation.
Intimate shows that invite emotional and cultural connection, where each performance becomes shared artistic journey.

Our events have been place in venues such as Southsea Cinema & Arts Centre, local charities, and Aspex.
Alchemy of Wellbeing
Our creative wellbeing project, offering a workshops where dance, singing, painting and musical instrumental exploration support emotional expression, mental health and personal connection. These sessions are therapeutic-inspired and focus on creativity as a tool for confidence, self connection and care.

The Green House Community Hub.
Future workshops locations will be updated on the website.
This workshop can also be commissioned for private projects, charities, schools, and organizations.
Alchemy of Flavours
Our cultural snack bar, created to accompany artistic experiences and spark connection through taste. Inspired by different cultures, Latin America and the world, this branch uses snacks as a sensory pathway to identity, memory and cultural belonging.

Refugee Week Portsmouth events, Landport Community Day, CineSupper collab with Southsea Cinema & Arts Centre.
Alchemy of Flavours is the result of listening to audience feedback from Alchemy of Art. For this reason, the snack bar appears occasionally, only at selected artistic events that align with our values, where community and connection are a priority.
