At Bailando with Sally, every product is created with care. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we also need to protect the value of our handmade and artisanal items.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with packaging intact.
• Custom or personalized items (e.g. handmade art pieces made to order) are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged. 

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the customers responsibility (unless the item was faulty or damaged).

Damaged or Faulty Items

• If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at not extra cost.

Processing Time: Orders are prepared and shipped within 3-5 business days. Handmade items may take slightly longer, and you will be notified if there is any delay.

Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout depending on location and weight.

UK Orders: Usually delivered within 3-7 business days after dispatch.

International Orders: Delivery may take 10-20 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided when available.

Responsibility: Once shipped, delivery items are in the hand of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or postal issues, but we will do our best to support you.
